働き方の実験場「THE CAMPUS（ザ・キャンパス）」

今後のオフィスに求められるものは何か。その価値と役割を検証するため、コクヨは働き方の実験場「THE CAMPUS（ザ・キャンパス）」（東京都港区）を2021年2月にオープンさせた。11階建ての南館と5階建ての北館から成る。「創造性を加速させる場」としてのオフィスの在り方を検討する様々なコンセプトや機能を盛り込んだ。斬新なスタイルのオフィスやショールームを実装したほか、技術の研究や新事業を開発する場としてのラボや協業スペースを設置し、先進的なオフィス空間を創り上げている。

ミスミグループ本社では、BIツール導入後もデータ利活用が進まず、推進するIT部門の負荷が高まっていた。ビジネス部門でのリテラシー向上による自立を目指し、スキルレベル別研修を作成し、ハンズオンの「分科会」を通じて実践的なスキルを教育した。これによりデータ利活用スキルが向上し、データドリブンな意思決定を行うキーパーソンを育成した。定期的なサポートと実例の共有により、部門全体の自立とモチベーションの向上にも寄与した。
